Our published shipping rates apply consistently across Australian metropolitan areas. Regional, remote and unusual delivery locations may require a custom quote or additional terms. International shipping is available by arrangement.

Eco Alternative supplies products from multiple manufacturers.
Most of our products are manufactured by either BioPak or Greenmark and are delivered via
their respective delivery methods to ensure optimal service.

Items are delivered via BioPak's internal or third-party courier service for fast and reliable shipping.
Greenmark Products
Items are delivered by Eco Alternative staff or third-party courier service with care and attention.
Note: All listed items on Sales Orders and Product Listings are manufactured by BioPak unless indicated otherwise with [] in the item code column.
Shipping Policies by Manufacturer
1. BioPak Orders
For orders of 4 cartons or more, shipping is FREE
For orders of less than 4 cartons, shipping is $15 at a fixed rate
Orders placed before 12.30pm are eligible for next-day delivery.
Cartons of Napkins and Cutlery are defined as half-cartons by BioPak
2. Greenmark Orders
For orders of 5 cartons or more, shipping is FREE
For orders of less than 5 cartons, shipping is $15 at a fixed rate
Same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed but will occur when possible
Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery
Packs are defined as quarter-cartons
3. Combination Orders: BioPak & Greenmark/Other
For orders of 10 cartons or more of any combination, shipping is FREE
For orders under 10 cartons, each occurrence below the minimum requirement for free delivery incurs a shipping fee
$30 is the maximum shipping fee for any circumstance

How it works: Each manufacturer has a minimum carton requirement for free shipping. If your order doesn't meet a manufacturer's minimum, you're charged $15 for that manufacturer's portion. The total shipping fee is capped at $30 for any order.
